I did my research on what to expect for pricing, and which siding material is best for our area. When the time came, we got three quotes from companies with the highest ratings, and reviewed all of the details provided. Cupcake had pricing that was near exact what I was expecting to pay, though they were not the only one. What made us choose Cupcake over the other companies was the service-oriented aspect of their operation, as well as their constant assurance that they installed all products according to manufacturer's instructions. There was ample communication between us in terms of what I expected and needed, and what they were willing to do to ensure our satisfaction. After years of decaying siding, crumbling guttering, and degrading roofing (the worst house on our cul-de-sac) we are thrilled that our exterior is not only of high quality and appeal, but now one of the best-looking houses on our street.

Cupcake knocked on my door to sell me windows and after … More learning they did siding replacement, I agreed to get a quote. From the start, they won me over. Our house was built in the 1970s and was half covered in fiber board paneling. It was visibly deteriorating and was the kind of project that just seems impossible to DIY, so when a reasonable quote came back, I couldn't say no. In all they replaced the windows, siding, soffits, replaced architectural cedar beams and cut ridge vents. Start to finish, the work took one month which included Thanksgiving and some bad weather. Once they started the job, they didn't stop until it was perfect. I never felt like my project was anything but their #1 priority. I just got a quote for them to replace my roof and I have no reason to not go with them again.

Cupcake is an amazing company. First , just talking … More over a replacement of a roof and adding gutters is a pleasure. There are so many options it amazing. My gutters are bronze and my neighbors lets me know how beautiful they compliment my new roof. They do such a professional job, it is obvious by just looking at the end of the project. Couldn’t get enough of their services I added a new door. I don’t think I live in the same place because my home has gone through a transformation. I encourage you to give them a call. They do great work and are easy to work with.

I recently got my Windows installed by Cupcake Home … More Improvements. Honestly there was no hassle at all and got my Windows sooner than I thought. I had 5 windows installed at a fairly reasonable price considering everything is so expensive now a day. The staff are all super kind and helpful.

Cupcake replaced 14 windows and my front door. Every … More detail on the install was discussed during the initial consultation and throughout the ordering process. They advised on different window styles that matched the house (we switched out some sash windows for picture windows and frosted the glass in the bathroom).
Their “no payment until complete” concept was super attractive to me since I have been burned by contractors before.
The quality of the workmanship was exemplary and communication by the project manager and cupcake team along the way was outstanding!
The original single front door was replaced with one that had sidelights, so the opening need to be widened and that meant a new larger header along with additional jack studs, followed by a new threshold step, new exterior stone work, new interior drywall, baseboard, texture, and paint. Oh and the light switch and outside light both needed to be moved. So not an easy project.
We did have one challenge with door trim that came damaged from the factory, that was nothing to do with Cupcake, but they sorted it out. it cost them a delay in payment but they took it in their stride.
All in all, I couldn’t be happier with the project and outcome! I will go to them first for future household projects! -
