I can't recommend Matt Koger and his team enough! … More A nasty hail storm tore up my roof, and I thought I was going to be stuck with the bill when USAA flat-out denied my insurance claim. I first went with Heritage Roofing, but they couldn't get the denial overturned no matter what they tried. After the denial, they even stopped taking my calls.
Then I called Matt. From the very first inspection, he was professional, thorough, and clearly knew exactly how to handle insurance companies. He personally came out to my house three or four times because he had to meet two sets of inspectors to fight the claim. He fought hard on my behalf, documented everything properly, and got that denial turned into a full approval… plus he secured a free upgrade to Class 3 impact resistant shingles!
On top of the roof replacement, they also handled some siding work for me. The entire experience from start to finish was outstanding. I really loved everyone from the installers to the owner too. Matt kept me informed every step of the way, the crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left my property cleaner than they found it. The new roof and siding both look fantastic… the quality of craftsmanship is top-notch, and I finally feel protected again after that storm.

What a great company, the work they did for my wife … More and me, and our little 1,250 SF home in South Austin was truly amazing! We had all our windows and siding done with this group. The house was built in 1968, so once the house was opened up, it needed a bunch more care than what was anticipated. These guys were not only exceedingly talented and very professional, they were as hard working a group as you'll find. I have nothing negative to say about the services of the people throughout the company; from sales to installation to management. The only concern might be the costs, but because of the excellent service, and highest level of materials and professionalism, they deserve the chance and opportunity for at minimum a conversation for anyone who is in need of these types of home improvements services. I would (and have already) recommend these folks to anyone that is in the market.
