Your Mission
You’ll lead our door-to-door canvassing operation: hiring, training, motivating, and holding reps accountable. You’re part coach, part field general, and part recruiter.
Responsibilities
- Hire, onboard, and train canvassing reps
- Set daily/weekly output standards and drive performance
- Field coaching, ride-alongs, scripts, and accountability
- Recruiting pipeline management
- Maintain culture and professionalism in the field

Operations Coordinator
Position Overview
The Operations Coordinator is the organizational backbone behind our operations, ensuring projects run smoothly from conception to completion. You help protect the homeowner experience through clean scheduling, communication, and execution support.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Communication Hub: Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and keep customers informed
- Scheduling: Coordinate deliveries, crews, and appointments with precision
- Materials: Order, track, and reconcile materials and vendor coordination
- Project Tracking: Keep job statuses updated and help resolve issues quickly
- Admin: Data entry, filing, document management, and internal support

Production Manager / Superintendent
Position Overview
You are the owner of project execution once a job is sold. You are accountable for measurements, quality, issue resolution, and close-out—on paper, in the field, and in the homeowner’s eyes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Final Measurements & Accuracy: Ensure jobs are scoped correctly before install
- Quality Management: Hold subcontractors to Cupcake workmanship standards
- Change Orders: Identify, document, and communicate professionally
- Issue Resolution: Manage service tickets with urgency and ownership
- Close-Out: Final walkthroughs, homeowner confidence, and clean handoff
- Payment Collection: Collect final payment at completion
- Coordination: Work with sales, ops coordinator, and office staff
Qualifications
- Exterior project management / superintendent experience preferred
- Strong understanding of roofing, windows, and/or siding installs
- Ability to manage subs and enforce standards
- Comfort with homeowner-facing problem resolution
- Organized, reliable, field-ready daily
