I got quotes … More from multiple roofers and no one else took the time to walk me through the entire process so I could make the best choice for my home, help me with financing, and generally make me feel cared for throughout the engagement even before I fully committed. I love my new roof and I'm also going to use them for a fencing project given their commitment to my satisfaction, long term guarantee, and fair pricing. Thank you Paul, Will, and the entire team! Fantastic work! P.S. My neighbors are a little jealous. I decided to go with Cupcake to replace all my old … More original windows after a friend who is also a recent Cupcake client highly recommended them. Two guys, Stephen and Chris, removed seven old windows and had new ones installed in the same day. The next day they came back to finish up the trim, caulking, and detail work. Their work is impeccable and I couldn’t be happier with my new Anlin windows. At the same time another crew led by Jaime installed a new back door. I purchased the door myself but had Cupcake install it. This project was done in less than half a day. All of this is leading up to a final big project Cupcake will be doing to install new siding. When that project is done it will completely transform the look of my 1979 house.

We had an outstanding experience with Cupcake Home … More Improvements company and all its employees for multiple major projects at our home — roofing, gutter installation, hardwood flooring, and installing solar bulbs. From start to finish, they were professional, organized, and truly a pleasure to work with.
Their communication with us was top notch. They clearly laid out the project execution plan upfront and consistently kept us informed as each milestone approached. As scheduled dates drew near, they proactively reached out to confirm timelines and next steps, which gave us tremendous confidence and peace of mind throughout the entire process.
The crew did a fantastic job across every aspect of the work. Everything was completed on time and executed exactly as promised.
Another thing that really impressed us was their integrity. Even though this was a large-scale project involving significant work and cost, they did not require any upfront payment. Their contract was simple and clear — full payment only after the project was completed to our satisfaction.

Great experience with Team from Cupcake in getting … More my aging roof and gutters replaced. All options were thoroughly explained. No high pressure sales pitch. I actually give a 4.8 Star Review.Cupcake did a Phenomenal … More window replacement on my home. Daniel was an excellent salesperson. He had much patience, as he went step by step, so I would understand everything about the type of windows I chose. After agreeing to the purchase, the communication was excellent. Cupcake sent emails and text messages with each process step the windows went through. From being purchased to being created; each process the Anlin company did. I was disappointed with the final communication which did not happen. I set a date of installation, weeks went by without a word. The Friday before the Monday the installation was to occur, I had to call to make sure everything was still a go. Josh did apologize for the lack of communication.I can not say enough about the installers. John,( the lead carpenter), Chris and Corey were amazing. Everything John said he was going to do , He did. A honest and extremely experience crew. They never minded when I asked them questions. We had a special case because of our beautiful carpentry molding that my father in law had built around all 25 windows. These men went above what they said they would do. John did extra carpentry trim work, which turned out beautifully. Our kitchen bay window looks as if they put in one continuous window. The materials they used made it look perfect. We have a large arch window that overlooks our second story steps. Just gorgeous. My biggest concern was an octagon ship window. No problem for John, Chris and Corey. ( don't want to forget John's cousin, who also worked hard). I want to Praise these hardworking men.The only other issue I had, was with the office , when they took the crew off our job, on the last day and sent them somewhere else. These hardworking men had to come back to my house on Saturday to finish the job; that they probably would have finished on Friday. This was a full week job. I will give the owners of Cupcake a nice word. My husband was extremely angry when the crew was removed. One of the owners came to our home to personally apologize.Would I recommend Cupcake to do your windows? Absolutely!! They did try to right the wrongs that the office personnel, project managers did. The quality of the windows are off the hook. John, Chris and Corey are men of their words. Their experience is the Best of the Best. Thank you gentlemen for making my home look Incredible.

Phil and team at Cupcake replaced my aging roof, installed … More gutters, and replaced partial siding. From the initial contact through the final inspection, it was an excellent experience. The communication was thorough, the work was completed on time, and of excellent quality. I highly recommend this company! I plan to have them help with future projects.
