We had an incredible experience purchasing and installing our front door with Cupcake! I was amazed by how much education they included early on in the process to ensure we were getting exactly what we needed for our home. Their communication was incredible and I’d often times get text messages from a real employee updating me a few hours before I received their automated emails that tracked our projects progress. They made themselves super accessible to us throughout the project for any questions or concerns we had and really just made this process super easy and pleasant. We will certainly be contacting Cupcake for future projects!
