Everything in the whole process of getting a new roof with cupcake was so easy from the initial meeting with Phil to the final piece of making payment. Everyone was very thorough and communicated everything we needed to know through texts, making it easy to go back and check dates and times without having to write anything down! I really appreciated that aspect.

We initially planned on just replacing 3 doors but then decided to also replace 13 windows. The job was planned for 3 days and completed in 2-1/2. They were punctual, professional, courteous, very tidy and extremely pleasant to work with.
