We built this gallery because homeowners should not have to wonder what our work looks like. If we replaced windows in your neighborhood, you should be able to see that job before you decide to call us. If we installed siding two streets over, that project should be visible and reviewable. Transparency is not a marketing tactic. It is just how we prefer to operate.

Are these real projects or staged photos?
Every project on the map is a real job completed for an actual homeowner in the Greater Austin Metro. Before photos are taken during the inspection or at project start. After photos are taken at job completion. Nothing is staged.
Why do some pins not have photos?
We track all completed projects, but not all jobs have photo documentation — particularly older work or jobs where photos were not uploaded. Pins without photos still show on the map so you can see where we have worked, but they do not open a card. The “With Photos” toggle at the top of the map filters to only documented projects.
Can I find out exactly where these jobs were done?
No, and that is intentional. Project locations are approximate — placed at neighborhood level, not at street addresses. We protect the privacy of every homeowner whose project appears on this map. The location is accurate enough to tell you we work in your area, not to identify a specific property.
How accurate are the investment ranges?
They represent the actual scope cost for that specific project. They are useful for calibrating expectations but should not be taken as a quote for your home. Size, condition, material selection, and labor conditions on your job will produce a different number. The right way to get an accurate price is a free inspection and written estimate.
Can I see projects near my neighborhood specifically?
Yes. Use the “Near Me” button on the map to drop a location marker and filter results within 5, 10, or 25 miles. You can also zoom and pan manually to explore any area of the metro.
How do I know what materials were used on a specific project?
Each documented project card includes material tags that list brand, product series, style, and color where that data is available. You can compare how different materials look on real homes across different neighborhood contexts.
Do you do work in my area?
We serve the entire Greater Austin Metro — from Bastrop and Dripping Springs to Georgetown and Lago Vista. If you see projects on the map near you, we almost certainly work in your area.
Can I get work done without paying a deposit?
Yes. We do not require an upfront deposit to start any project. You review the scope, approve the estimate, and we get to work. Payment comes after the job is complete and you are satisfied.

I decided to go with Cupcake to replace all my old … More original windows after a friend who is also a recent Cupcake client highly recommended them. Two guys, Stephen and Chris, removed seven old windows and had new ones installed in the same day. The next day they came back to finish up the trim, caulking, and detail work. Their work is impeccable and I couldn’t be happier with my new Anlin windows. At the same time another crew led by Jaime installed a new back door. I purchased the door myself but had Cupcake install it. This project was done in less than half a day. All of this is leading up to a final big project Cupcake will be doing to install new siding. When that project is done it will completely transform the look of my 1979 house.

From start to finish, they were professional, organized, and truly a pleasure to work with.

I actually give a 4.8 Star Review.Cupcake did a Phenomenal … More window replacement on my home. Daniel was an excellent salesperson. He had much patience, as he went step by step, so I would understand everything about the type of windows I chose. After agreeing to the purchase, the communication was excellent. Cupcake sent emails and text messages with each process step the windows went through. From being purchased to being created; each process the Anlin company did. I was disappointed with the final communication which did not happen. I set a date of installation, weeks went by without a word. The Friday before the Monday the installation was to occur, I had to call to make sure everything was still a go. Josh did apologize for the lack of communication.I can not say enough about the installers. John,( the lead carpenter), Chris and Corey were amazing. Everything John said he was going to do , He did. A honest and extremely experience crew. They never minded when I asked them questions. We had a special case because of our beautiful carpentry molding that my father in law had built around all 25 windows. These men went above what they said they would do. John did extra carpentry trim work, which turned out beautifully. Our kitchen bay window looks as if they put in one continuous window. The materials they used made it look perfect. We have a large arch window that overlooks our second story steps. Just gorgeous. My biggest concern was an octagon ship window. No problem for John, Chris and Corey. ( don't want to forget John's cousin, who also worked hard). I want to Praise these hardworking men.The only other issue I had, was with the office , when they took the crew off our job, on the last day and sent them somewhere else. These hardworking men had to come back to my house on Saturday to finish the job; that they probably would have finished on Friday. This was a full week job. I will give the owners of Cupcake a nice word. My husband was extremely angry when the crew was removed. One of the owners came to our home to personally apologize.Would I recommend Cupcake to do your windows? Absolutely!! They did try to right the wrongs that the office personnel, project managers did. The quality of the windows are off the hook. John, Chris and Corey are men of their words. Their experience is the Best of the Best. Thank you gentlemen for making my home look Incredible.
