The sales and operations teams did their scheduling around our particular needs. Much appreciated. Truly.
And finally, the installation folks were respectful of our property, respectful of the all the issues related to our safety, since the entire back wall of our home would have replacement sliding doors!

The process from start to finish was simple and smooth. … More I got a quote from Michael by letting them know my preference in window, the style, and coloring. Then I called them back after deciding, and approved the work and funding for my project. The manufacturing of my windows took about a month. Then, they came and installed 6 windows in 1 day (I did choose fairly simple windows) and left them looking great and they're well installed. I would use Cupcake again for their communication and great service!

Matt Kroger is very knowledgeable in roofing and explained my roof issues and our options a way we easily understood. Matt also provided us with financing options within our budget. Tom Jones our project manager also was extremely helpful and updating us throughout the process. Finally the roof crew did such a great job in prepping and cleanup that once they finished you couldn't even tell we had a complete roof replacement.

From the guy that went door to door and caught our attention with his hospitality, to Phil the salesman that negotiated an affordable price, to Tim and his crew that did the install. They made sure to communicate from beginning to end, even when they found an extra vent that needed to be taken care of, at no extra charge. Pricing fell in the middle between 2 other contractors but the consistency and how their customer service, Tim, and Phil guided us every step of the way is why my husband and I went with Cupcake.
