Window Replacement — Oak Bluff Estates, Round Rock, TX
Mi · V3000 · Vinyl
I love my new windows! We did half the windows in our house, the half with problems like rusted frames making it hard to open and close them, and foggy from busted seals, finally some windows we replaced just to have them done at the same time as the broken ones so they match well.
I'm actually researching even more after the work was done because I noticed such a big change in the house. Hopefully this doesn't give away my location too much, but we have a loud train horn nearby that has begun blowing their horn more often lately following a fatal car accident. I really don't hear it in this bedroom where we got new windows. It's amazing how far the technology has come, and how old the previous windows were.
We are so happy with their work and how easy it was that I can't wait to do the second half of our windows, spacing it out just because windows are so expensive. I wonder what windows will be like 30 years from now, too. Something to look forward to as we try to stay in our home as long as we can!
The team that did the work was extremely respectful of my home. They didn't even have people enter my home who didn't have to and could do all their work outside. This included plugging in a microwave outside to heat up lunch 🥺. That is so sweet and I'm sure everyone does this in this industry, but gosh does it feel bad to eat a meal in my kitchen knowing that's life for them doing all this heavy lifting!! Well done, team. Thank you! I'm glad we met at the Home Show at Kalahari!

- Had custom insulated metal roofing installed (May 2026) … More on backyard shop with full gutters and complete Hardi fascia trim on both the shop and main home. Beautifully done work👏, the insulated metal roofing customization makes the 3rd floor in shop as cool as any other floor! 👍Am scheduling same custom roofing treatment now for the main house (October 2026) .
Professional specialty teams, excellent design work to our specifications with great attention to detail while maintaining a clean jobsite from start to finish. Kudos to Will and the entire CupCake team for their responsiveness and adaptability to our needs. very nice job y'all 🥰. - Every aspect of replacing our 19 single pain windows … More went beautifully. The job that they did for us was exceptional fro window selection through installation. We would highly recommend this company.
- Communications were numerous and meaningful. Professionalism … More was demonstrated throughout the entire process of roof replacement from sales call (Matt) until final walk through at completion of the project with the owner of the company (!) All questions I posed were were answered completely. The installation methodology included added protection (sheet metal) at the valleys. The grade 3 shingles were my choice made for the added protection afforded from weather elements and the extensive warranty offered. The cost of this project was very competitive with other bids I sought. I am more than pleased with the outcome of project completion. I have already recommended to others my great experience & recommendation.
- We are quite pleased with our windows! Junior, Anthony … More and Sam kept the areas clean, worked very well with my husband on some minor changes and we made friends, like family! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! Glad to be part of the Cupcake family. We’ve recommended them to our family and friends.
- We had Cupcake out a few months ago to install new … More windows. We are very pleased with the work that was performed.
