We cannot say enough about our whole process with Cupcake. I found them at a home improvement show where I connected with several companies. Cupcake wasn't the least expensive but their no-pressure approach was a big selling-point with us. They gave us all the time we needed to make our final decision.
We initially planned on just replacing 3 doors but then decided to also replace 13 windows. The job was planned for 3 days and completed in 2-1/2. They were punctual, professional, courteous, very tidy and extremely pleasant to work with.
During the whole process, we were constantly updated on the manufacturing status of the new doors and windows. At any point, if we had questions or concerns, they were simply a text or call away.
