Cupcake Home Improvements did a fantastic job replacing the windows in our house for a very reasonable cost.
From the very start when Justin showed us the beautiful ProVia windows to installation, everyone we encountered was friendly and professional. John (one of the owners) also stopped by to make sure everything was going smoothly.
The window installers were so fast and did a wonderful job, plus there was no mess!
Our new windows look AMAZING and will be such an improvement in the Texas summers.
I cannot recommend Cupcake enough, thank you to everyone involved with our project!

Update back to 5 stars:
One of the owners of Cupcake … More reached out and cupcake is handling filing the warranty for me and I'm very relieved they are "making it right". They have never had a window crack (with no apparent cause), and never after only a few months after it was installed. So it's really something warranty should cover and they're filing it for me with the window manufacturer after I complained about it here on maps. I had soured so much when I saw that I needed to do this myself that I didn't feel like giving this feedback directly. So, thanks Isabel and John at cupcake for making it right!!
Original 5 star review: I love my new windows! We did half the windows in our house, the half with problems like rusted frames making it hard to open and close them, and foggy from busted seals, finally some windows we replaced just to have them done at the same time as the broken ones so they match well.
I'm actually researching even more after the work was done because I noticed such a big change in the house. Hopefully this doesn't give away my location too much, but we have a loud train horn nearby that has begun blowing their horn more often lately following a fatal car accident. I really don't hear it in this bedroom where we got new windows. It's amazing how far the technology has come, and how old the previous windows were.
We are so happy with their work and how easy it was that I can't wait to do the second half of our windows, spacing it out just because windows are so expensive. I wonder what windows will be like 30 years from now, too. Something to look forward to as we try to stay in our home as long as we can!
The team that did the work was extremely respectful of my home. They didn't even have people enter my home who didn't have to and could do all their work outside. This included plugging in a microwave outside to heat up lunch 🥺. That is so sweet and I'm sure everyone does this in this industry, but gosh does it feel bad to eat a meal in my kitchen knowing that's life for them doing all this heavy lifting!! Well done, team. I needed a very specific 8' storm door with a dog door and they were able to provide the best quality door.
The install team also did an amazing job with the door and it looks and functions above expectations!
