I was impressed on how much he knew about roof repairs and the how to deal with insurance companies. I felt comfortable with him coming to my house several times whether it was to discuss about roof shingles colors or about financing the project. Never felt pressured or rushed in making my decisions. He would even go out his way to ask his boss about how Cupcake could help out a single newly retired person financially. He went that extra mile to help me out. Very affordable.
The crew was on time, professional, and courteous. They worked all day and into early evening to make sure the project was done. They left my property clean.The next day, someone from the Cupcake team came to review and inspect the roof repairs and to ensure all nails and trash was picked up.
