They kept us very well informed throughout the entire … More project. They arrived on time and got busy right away. The project manager onsite was open about the damaged window pain, but thankfully they repaired it onsite the next day. At the conclusion of the next day our project was finished. All the new windows looked great both outdoors and indoors. We couldn’t be more happy.

Overall , Cupcake Home Improvements did an excellent … More job replacing the windows in my 24 yr old house. I'm giving them 5 stars, not because they were perfect, because there were a few details that should've been caught by them instead of me, and also some delayed communication, but in the end everything was made right and everyone was pleasant and professional while addressing my concerns. A few highlights of the total experience were the crew: Joe, Kyle, Tony, and Victor; who were so hardworking, warm and friendly, and the price (half of what Power quoted a few years ago). I would recommend this company to anyone looking to get their windows replaced.

Cupcake did great work. The 8 windows were priced better … More than competitors. They also stick to their word, it's not done until you're happy. After installing the windows they came back to touch up paint and made sure I was happy with the state before they were done.
