I can't say enough great things about our experience with Cupcake Home Improvements. They just completed our window installation, and from start to finish, they were terrific. I never felt pressured during the quoting process, and once we signed the agreement, they kept me updated on the process. Our house looks fantastic! Their installation crew was amazing and kept our home clean throughout the process of removing the old windows and installing the new ones. I will definitely use them again in the future and share their info with friends and family.

We initially planned on just replacing 3 doors but then decided to also replace 13 windows. The job was planned for 3 days and completed in 2-1/2. They were punctual, professional, courteous, very tidy and extremely pleasant to work with.
During the whole process, we were constantly updated on the manufacturing status of the new doors and windows. At any point, if we had questions or concerns, they were simply a text or call away.
